Hooray for STAR GLITTER!!
I used a bunch of goodies I got from Brandi Kinkaid’s Extravagant Hope Mail this month. What a fun mail day that was!
I also added a few images that ChatGPT made of me (the bottom two right images).
As many good things as I can remember…
ALL THE GOOD THINGS
I am sure I am forgetting a few things- like how my child got a home run!!
Tracked all the times I worked out with my monthly printable.
I got a lot of workouts in through yardwork!
Let’s break it down!
Art, the weather, flowers, food, photography- here look!
A studio visit/painting playdate with my friend Alex Cole up in Sonoma.
It’s been a while since I painted. We worked on flowers together. This one was my favorite.
Ventured out to the docks and did art on a beautiful day with my friend Neiley! This area of San Rafael reminds me so much of my childhood.
Started an afternoon ritual of playing solitaire and drinking tea during my “witching hour.” It takes me away from the phone. I forgot how much I like shuffling cards.
I went to the French flea market with my friend Amanda. What a feast for the eyes!!! We had this can on top of my fridge for my whole childhood, and it was fun to see it in real life again.
Double date night included a pack of Mr. Sketch markers. The night before, I had a whole sniff test with Cooper where he was blindfolded and guessed every single pen. Very entertaining. I highly recommend.
I also share my love for crayola markers here
The month was all about pens for me. What’s currently inside my pen bag these days.
I know it’s April showers bring May flowers and all, but April brought a bunch of flowers back into my life. Made a few bouquets with my friend Lisa, and we daydreamed about being florists for a minute.
Went to the old Annie’s Annuals, which is now Curious Flora Nursery, and picked up my first passionfruit plant.
I had a few hammock moments thanks to good weather.
My brother came to visit and spent the night, and it was nice to catch up and cruise around in my car and on walks, reliving parts of our childhood together. He now lives in London, and this was our goodbye (for now!).

Sometimes when I post these songs (via Spotify) in this monthly post, I can see a color scheme. My music taste is all greens and grays this month.
This song relaxed me all month. It also kept me focused.
This song reminded me not to waste my love. I think it’s spellwork.
This song reminded me of my Mom and having her drive me to school when I was a kid.
This song is a good pump jam. A good walkup baseball song, if you will!
White Lotus- if you know, you know!
This song is good driving music.
Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding
(my new favorite snack!)
Snack situation! I made this for baseball and left it at home!
Mom’s meatloaf made it into the mix…also went through a charred onions phase.
Exploring life with cheese powder has been fun.
Truffle Butter Fettuccine at my Dad’s house.
Sometimes, all the sides look better than the main dishes. I am happy being a quasi-vegetarian.
