The innards:
All my workouts this year so far (with my monthly template)
Let’s get into it!
Last year I started recording episodes for Keep Grief Weird with my friend MC McDonald, PhD and we launched the podcast in May! Our goal is to normalize the weirdness that accompanies grief by sharing our stories! If you’re grieving or dealing with loss, you are not alone and we are here to help. We also have an Instagram- @keepgriefweird I have been having fun exercising my creative muscles and learning new video things. The feedback from our listeners so far has been so supportive and nourishing.
THANK YOU!!!
Other things that inspired me in May-
My garden!
Here’s what’s blooming.
For Mother’s Day, I got a beautiful bird bath for our front yard and I am so pleased.
TADA!
Did a lot of art this month which is good cuz I needed to feel my feels and put them somewhere!
Also inspired by….
My Sunday Self-Check-In group! We spend Sunday mornings going over our calendars, making lists, and setting intentions together. It’s been keeping me on track with using my Intentions for the Week Planner. If you need accountability, come join in on the fun. I am hoping to add another touchpoint in during the week (say Monday mornings?) if you need some body doubling to get work done. I’ll tell you more about that this Summer.
And a visit/sleepover with my friend Sarah from Tennessee!
