My movement streak is going strong!! I hit 274 consecutive days of moving my body for at least 30 minutes daily/closing the rings on my Apple watch in October.
I have been tracking it with my monthly printable. Coloring boxes in is quite motivating. You can read about how I created my workout routine here.
I also started the habit of waking up with no screens for the first hour of the day and it’s been SOOO good. I’ll tell you more about it soon. It means I have been doing more reading, writing AND CHECKING IN WITH MYSELF before I let the internet pollute my brain.
(this one was taken by Tammi! Thanks, friend!)
I hope your November goes well! Take good care of YOU and remember to leave a trail of magic behind this month. Your future self will thank you!
If you need some accountability in your week, I host a group on Sunday mornings, called Self-Check-In. We go over our Intentions for the Week and check in with our calendars (I use my planner!).
