July is often the hottest month of the year in the Northern hemisphere.

Mom says, “Make sure you’re wearing a hat and sunscreen!” Here’s a picnic packing list while you’re at it!

We’re officially in the second half of the year now. Maybe you’re feeling inspired. Maybe a little tired. Maybe both? (Same.) I just saw an ad for Halloween decorations. What timeline are we on right now?

Over the weekend, I reconnected with my intentions for 2025 during my Half-Year Reset workshop. Revisiting past versions of myself and seeing my old handwriting samples gave me the perspective I needed to support the second half of the year. It was a nice reminder that practice makes progress!

If you haven’t already, this is a great time to pause and honor how far you’ve come. Even if it’s been messy. Even if it doesn’t look the way you thought it would. You’ve grown, and you’re still growing

Perspective is one of the greatest gifts of getting older. Let’s not forget that!
