Like I said in the video, I have been working through limiting beliefs!
Fun with pens!
I got excited to use my Mr. Sketch scented markers I bought last month.
I drew the flowers I added to my garden this month with Prismacolor pencils over black gesso. I used a white gel pen to label them. Taped that into my workbook.

May was also filled with so much baseball!

pages from my Hobonichi cousin for I LOVE LISTS this month:
I feel like I am in Pleasantville when I listen to this one.
This one is good background music while working.
This song has been stuck in my head all month. It went viral.
This song is getting me started.
This one too. It’s LONG and I like that.
This makes me want to road trip in an old convertible.
This month, I did some research and put together a post of Picnic Food Ideas.
I am working on a picnic essentials list (like my baseball mom bag list). Stay tuned!
Made another pantry staple recipe- Chickpea Piccata for Shutterbean.
What a good excuse to make mashed potatoes. I am obsessed.
I also made a new recipe from Everyday Eats by Jessica Merchant of How Sweet Eats! Check out these Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowls!
I love having a new recipe I can prep in advance! Leftovers were fun. That cilantro lime dressing is delicious.
Casey and Cooper made dinner together! YAY. I added my fixins.
I went through a breakfast quesadilla phase. It’s kinda like a taco?
Tuna salad over arugula saved the day plenty of times this month.
Sardines for omegas. They’ve been in my snack lunch rotation.
Speaking of, here’s a gourmet feast I packed for a baseball game on the road:
Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes on a rainy day.
