Part of my SUNDAY TO DO LIST involves meal prepping. It’s driven by my quest to clean out the fridge and repurpose ingredients. I make a list of what I did so I can keep track. I love having data!
Last year I started using a hobonichi techo as a daily art practice tool. This year I am using a bigger version called the hobonichi cousin. It’s full of TO-DO lists, meal prep lists, photos, and art. I make a list of what I meal prepped so I can have data to look back on.
I use these cute little animal tabs I bought in Japantown in SF many years ago to mark every meal prep list in my planner. They make me ridiculously happy. Look at all their little faces!
