Want a good way to be present? Take a pen and write the alphabet in cursive (if you know cursive) WITHOUT PICKING UP YOUR PEN. Your goal is to make one continuous line of the alphabet.
I had my Mom do it when we were on a family trip to Tahoe and I cherish this page in my journal from 2017.
She always tilted her head to the side while sticking the tip of her tongue out while she wrote. I think her version of the alphabet would make a nice tattoo one day.
